Sensodyne Toothpaste (the RIGHT one)
When it comes to preventing tooth sensitivity, you need the main ingredient to be potassium nitrate. Not all Sensodyne toothpastes have this main ingredient, so this is a must for it to work. Remember to do your best to not rinse your mouth after using this toothpaste, as you want the protective properties to stay on your teeth for at least 30 minutes.
