Welcome to Dentalelle! Since 2015, we are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive educational content to help students succeed in their dental hygiene and dental assisting careers. Before accessing your course, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following terms. These terms are in place to protect the integrity of our courses, respect the investment made by our students, and honor the time, effort, and dedication that go into delivering quality education every day:
1. Digital Course Access and Integrity
By enrolling in any course offered through Dentalelle, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital educational materials. These materials are the result of extensive time, effort, and expertise. Due to the nature of digital content and to protect the integrity and intellectual property of our products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
2. Understanding Our Refund Policy
As a student, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the no-refund policy at the time of purchase. This policy is clearly stated on the web site. We encourage you to reach out at info@dentalelle.com if you have any questions or feel you are qualified to receive a refund for a certain reason.
3. Misuse of the Dispute Process
Sadly, it has come to our attention that some individuals have initiated payment disputes simply to obtain a refund after completing the course and receiving full access and support. This is done despite having benefited from all course content and resources. Such actions are taken in bad faith, undermine the trust and integrity of the learning community/future dental professionals, and create unnecessary financial and administrative burdens for our small business. We view this as a clear violation of ethical standards.
4. Dispute Policy and Course Removal
Filing a credit card or payment dispute after consuming course materials is considered a violation of this agreement. Students who initiate unwarranted payment disputes or chargebacks (i.e., where there is no fraud, product issue, or communication attempt made with Dentalelle first) will incur an administrative fee of $45+ to cover non-refundable dispute charges and time spent on documentation. Furthermore, these students will be immediately removed from all current and future Dentalelle courses and banned from purchasing any Dentalelle products or services going forward.
5. Communication and Resolution
If at any point you have concerns, questions, or feedback regarding a course, we urge you to contact Dentalelle directly at info@dentalelle.com . We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns and improving your learning experience. We want to support our students and will make every reasonable effort to address your needs fairly and respectfully.
6. Sharing and Duplicating
All course content is protected and may not be shared, copied, or distributed under any circumstances. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from all courses, a permanent ban from future purchases with Dentalelle, and may lead to legal action. These measures are in place to protect the integrity of the program and respect the investment made by all students.
7. Agreement Acknowledgment
By enrolling in a Dentalelle course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that you are willingly entering into this agreement and that you accept full responsibility for your purchase decision.
