Are you not sure if you're ready to take the board exam? Or are you confused on what and how to start studying? The best and easiest solution to that is to take a few mock exams! It works whether you have studied for months and want to test your knowledge, and it also works if you are starting to study for the exam but have no clue where to start. Why does this work? Taking mock exams test your knowledge and is a great example of what the format of the board exam is actually like! Hard multiple choice questions where only one answer is correct. That's not something you can create yourself because you don't know what you don't know yet :). Makes sense? Mock exams show you that a few answers are right...but ONE is the most correct. Practice makes perfect and honestly the more practice you have, the more confident you will be on these board exam questions in no time. Which Mock Exams? Dentalelle has a variety of mock exams - currently on Amazon we have some for $3.89! These mock exam booklets are the exact questions we ask and discuss in our live sessions for The Board Exam Academy and The Blueprint Solution. If you are a member you get all these booklets for free when we have our live sessions! Both courses help prepare you for the board exam and you get full access to tutoring and materials all year! So it's perfect to sign up a year before you take the exam because you can study a little each week if you wanted to. Everyone wants the newest Periodontal Mock Exam Booklet, you can see that on Amazon here! More Mock Exams You can try something even better and get the full mock exam packages. We are want to pass the board exam the first time because it will be less expensive, less timing consuming, less studying and you can start making the big bucks as soon as possible! When I was a student I wanted a tutor ASAP. When I started the dental hygiene program I was already thinking about the board exam and looking here and there for a tutor, or any course out there to help me. Nursing students have courses they can take to prep for their boards so I thought why not me to? Money of course was an issue though, as I'm sure it is for any student. At the time I could only find one company available and they were charging about $400 for a two month course. I get it however, here is another..'but' ..they didn't offer a guarantee and they only had sessions in the evenings. I was in school full time and working in the evenings so that wouldn't work. It was online and therefore I did ask if could view the recordings afterwards. At first they said sure but the catch was only for two weeks. Two weeks wouldn't work for me. To pay $400 and not have access to the full course didn't make sense since I would miss the live sessions and not be able to view the recordings as often as I wanted to. I was quickly discouraged. So that was it. To tutor through my school they charged $66 an hour. Ahhhhh no way. I was at a loss and had a full fledged plan to stay organized through school, take notes weekly on what I did learn, and review monthly. Sounds great right? Well that sure didn't happen! Heck I was a student, I was busy and before I knew it clinic came and went.. At the end of all that hard schooling I passed the board exam the first time thank goodness. Those that took the tutoring course I mentioned didn't all pass but you know what? Most of them did. I decided I wanted to start my own tutoring company to offer fair prices, study resources teaching students how to study and the best time when to study. I've always been a good 'studier' and did very well in school. And now considering I had just graduated, the board exam was fresh in my mind and I started creating notes and power points based on the exam. Previous board exam questions are worth their weight in gold right?! Dentalelle Tutoring took a few years to fully create. I went from tutoring individually a few times a month to now hosting full on courses and group sessions almost every weekend. I don't believe in sessions in the evenings because students have fallen asleep on me because they were so tired! Poor students.. I tutor on Saturdays and Sunday's because students are usually less tired at that point. Sessions are 1-1.5 hours so I'm not taking up their entire weekend either. If they miss a session? No problem! They get access to all recordings for an entire year, as many times as they like! They also have access to a private Facebook group for students of Dentalelle so they can network, and ask questions. I live and breathe dental so I post daily extra study resources, tips, and questions to get their minds thinking! Each session is as fun as it can be! We go over multiple choice questions every time to really prep you for the board exam. Think of being in a tiny classroom but it's better because all online! Sit in your pajamas and relax! You can be interactive and participate or sit back and watch the others :). It's all audio and video so you can see/hear me but I won't be able to see you. You may ask about a guarantee? I can never guarantee someone's pass because it depends on how you study, the work you put into it, and many other factors as well. But I do offer you full access to the course until you take the exam. That's right! Full access to new sessions, mock exams, videos, notes and everything included. I want you all to pass, that's my mission! I am always here for my students either by Facebook message, email..whatever you need! Interested in a free trial of Dentalelle before you commit?
